How do you invite,
respond to, orient and mentor people as a team?
We invite persons
interested in learning more about our Franciscan life
and values. We do this through our various ministries.
We also invite interested persons to our area
gatherings.
The team responds to
persons interested in Cojourning or the Vowed Life by
inviting them to enter the orientation process following
an interview. The Interested Person is then given a
Contact Sister in the Twin Cities area to journey with
her/him through this process.
